Irene Carlton Watson

Irene Carlton Watson was called home by the Lord on February 8, 2025 at 8:38am. Irene was born August 28,1946 to the late Walter Nelson Carlton and Magdeline Kilby Carlton. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

Irene was preceded in death by several siblings: Joe Carlton, Thomas Carlton, Walter "Pete" Carlton, Janette Wooten, Betty Clark, and Pauline Martin.

Irene is survived by her sister Ruth (Arnold) Foster, and her brothers John (Joy) Carlton, Howard (Faye) Carlton, and James (Linda) Carlton. In addition, Irene is also survived by her daughter Donna Houston Bryant and grandson Chad Anthony Michael.

A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, February 10, 2025 at Evans Funeral Services from 4pm-6pm.
