Hazel Elizabeth Wood Bolick

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Hazel Elizabeth Wood Bolick, age 66, of Lenoir, died Friday, August 10, 2007. Born May 2, 1941 in Burke County, Mrs. Bolick was a daughter of the late William Lee and Fannie Mae Branch Wood and the wife of Howard Franklin of Lenoir. Mrs. Bolick was a homemaker and a member of Mountain Grove Baptist Church. Other than her husband, she is survived by her son, H. Richard Bolick and wife Sandra of Hudson; her daughter, Becky Taylor and husband Terry of Lenoir; her brother, David Wood and wife Carlene of Lenoir; three grandchildren, H. Richard, II ?Lil? and Dakota ?Cody? Bolick both of Hudson; Storm Taylor of Lenoir and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mrs. Bolick?s life will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 12, 2007 at North Catawba Baptist Church, with Reverend Ken Atkins officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, one hour prior to the service at North Catawba Baptist Church and at other times at the home of Becky and Terry Taylor, 1685 Oakmont Drive, Lenoir. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Catawba Baptist Church, 1596 North Catawba Church Road, Lenoir, NC 28645.
