Hazel Carolyn Warlick

Hazel Carolyn Warlick, 88, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on October 14, 2022. Hazel was born on September, 25 1934 to the late Walter and Bertha Bolick. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband Walter Moore; second husband Raymond Warlick; daughter Judy; son Dennis and brothers Wayne, Parks, Lloyd, and Harold. Those left to cherish her memory include her son Michael Moore (Lori); daughter Tammy Baker (Joe); daughter Traci Verbos; 5 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Hazel enjoyed traveling, yard sales, spending holidays with her family, reading and crossword puzzles, visiting with friends, and drives through the mountains. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 2pm to honor Hazel Carolyn Warlick at First Baptist Church of Lenoir. A visitation will be held prior to the service at 1pm.
