Hattie Ruth Beard

Hattie Ruth Beard, age 93, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Gateway Nursing Center.Born January 17, 1925 in Caldwell county, Hattie was a daughter of the late Walter and Carrie Beard. Hattie, in addition to her parents, is preceded in death by her siblings: John David Beard; Eugene Asbury Beard; Edgar Thomas Beard; Lawrence Walter Beard; Floyd Albert Beard; Mamie Lou Beard Thompson; and Odeen Beard Hickman. Hattie is survived by many loving family members and friends. There will be a memorial service to celebrate Hattie’s life on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Evans Funeral Chapel.
