Glen Michael Craig

Glen Michael Craig, age 69, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on April 14, 2021 at his residence in Lenoir due to declining health. Glen was born June 5, 1951 in Caldwell County to Hazel Kirby and the late Glen Craig. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jennette Craig; father, Glen Craig; brother, Johnny Craig and stepfather, Oscar Kirby. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Cynthia C. Hall(Billy Beeding), and Kimberly C. Benfield (Chad Benfield); grandchildren, Erica Bentley, Taylor McDaniel, and Tyler Hall; three great grandchildren. Glen loved to hunt and fish and be outdoors but mostly he loved spending time with his family. He was retired from Broyhill Furniture with 40+ years. A memorial service to honor Glen will be held on April 17, 2021 at Evans Funeral Service & Crematory at 2:00PM with Rev. Jesse Banner officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00PM – 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Whitnel First Baptist Church in Lenoir.
