Lenoir- Gene H. Black, age 67, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Caldwell Hospice. He was born in Lincoln County on September 14, 1952 to the late James and Mamie Black. Gene is survived by his wife, Connie Black; daughter, Annie Woodruff; and grandchildren, Azura Moore and Maverick Powell.
