Fredrick Joseph Swanson

Fredrick Joseph Swanson, age 71, of Granite Falls, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 at his home.He was born September 27, 1947 in Wichita, KS to the late George and Jo-Neva Swanson.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Shane Swanson; brothers, Igor Swanson, Brian Swanson, and Frank Swanson. Survivors include his wife Linda Swanson of the home; son, Heath Swanson and wife Crystal; grandchildren, Brittany and Indee Jo; great-granddaughter, Harper; step-children, Melinda Norris, Jerri Phillips, Dixie Stapleton, and Somer Evans; sisters, Jackie Barnhardt, Freda Alderman, Ida Prestwood, and Yolonda Whisman; brothers, Carson Swanson, Greg Swanson, and Norman Swanson. The family would like to invite friends and family to join us from 7:00-9:00 PM on July 2, 2019 at 2050 Tall Oak Drive, Lenoir, NC to fellowship and celebrate Fred’s life.
