Frank Ray Phillips, age 75, of Lenoir, N.C., passed away quietly during the early morning hours of Thursday, April 9, 2020.Born November 13, 1944, he is preceded in death by his parents, the late Frank Cecil Phillips and Fannie Raxter Phillips, and by his wife, Janice “Jan” Walker Phillips.He is survived by one daughter of the home. Private services will be delayed due to these difficult times.
