Evelyn Lovins Willis

Evelyn Willis Granite Falls, NC- Mrs. Evelyn Lovins Willis, age 69, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was born in Caldwell County on August 3, 1943 to the late Walter Lovins and Mary Taylor Lovins. She was married to the late James Willis. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her step-parents, Carl Townsend and Sadie Lovins; brothers, Walter Lovins, Jr., and Bruce Eugene Lovins. She is survived by her daughters, Beth Greene and husband, David; Ronda Collins and Keith Holt; Michelle Kirby and husband, Jeffrey; step-daughters, Wendy Willis, Candy Willis, Jennifer Bell, and Cindy Roberts; sisters, Gail Kilby and husband, Gary of VA, Belinda Blevins and husband, Don of KY; brothers, Don Daves of SC; Steve Lovins and Earl Lovins; grandchildren, Kristen George, Zachary Banghart; Anna, Sara, Joshua, Aaron, and Jonah Kirby; and great-grandchildren, Briar George, and Cadence Morgan. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Community Baptist Church with Reverend Stanley Townsend officiating.
