Elmer Ray Stanley

Ray Stanley Lenoir, NC- Mr. Elmer Ray Stanley, Jr., age 55, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Caldwell Hospice. He was born in Elizabethton, TN on January 18, 1958 to the late Elmer Ray Stanley, Sr. and Dorothy Sue Byers Stanley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, John Fred Stanley and his sister, Carolyn Sue Holsopple. He is survived by his sons, John Stanley and Bobby Stanley; sister, Debra Curtis; three grandchildren; and Mike and Tia Jackson. The funeral service for Mr. Stanley will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at 2:00. Burial will immediately follow the service in Cox Cemetery, 4718 Tabernacle Way, Ferguson, NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service.
