Elizabeth Venanzi Delost    “Betty”

Elizabeth Venanzi Delost, 87, of Hudson, North Carolina passed away peacefully on December 29, 2023 surrounded by her Children and Grandchildren.

Elizabeth was born on August 25, 1936 to the late Libero (01/1997) and Matilda (Rice) (10/1972) Venanzi. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Daughter, Suzanne Marie (3days)

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, William (Delores) Ratay, Karen (Don) Livernois, Francis Ratay, James (Brenda) Ratay, Cathyann (Bart) Hershfield.

Elizabeth had 10 Grandchildren, Daniel, Maxwell, Francis III, Robert, Selina, James, Jeremy, Barbie, Valorie, Brandon. 25 Great-Grand Children, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Elizabeth enjoyed her Family, Cooking, Golfing, Bowling, Board Games, Reading, Watching and Feeding the Birds, all Sports, but especially Hockey (Pittsburgh Penguins and Detroit Red Wings). She will be deeply missed by her 2 surviving cats, Virginia (Ginny) and Callie Jo.
