Eli Brown

Lenoir – Elijah Jacob Brown, “Eli”, age 17, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Caldwell County on March 8, 2002 to Jason and Crystal Brown. Eli was preceded in death by his great-aunt Judy Barlow. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Hannah Brown; brothers, Ethan Brown; Hayden Brown and Hunter Brown; nephew, Raegan Crump and niece, Gracie Brown; and many other family members. Eli loved music and driving. He will always be remembered for his contagious smile and his selfless soul that touched many lives. A memorial service for Eli will be held at Nelsons Chapel Baptist Church on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM with his grandfather, Pastor Eddie Summerlin officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 prior to the service at the church.
