Edna Allen

Edna Allen, 76, of Lenoir, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on April 9, 2020, at Caldwell Hospice & Palliative Care in Hudson, North Carolina. It is especially hard since a lot of her family couldn’t go to be with her due to the virus and staying in place during her hospitalization. She was a Wonderful wife, mother of three, grandmother and loved her family dearly. She was a daughter of the late Ralph and Naomi Fryar. She loved God and church where she loved to sing. She spent countless years as a barber here in North Carolina and Florida. She is survived by her husband Tally Allen, her three Children and their spouses, daughters Lynn & Patrick Hollifield, Carrie and Fred Jones, and Son John and Marie Sanders, her Grandchildren, Taylor Sanders, Frederick Jones, Leatha Sanders, Douglas Sanders, & Nickolas Sanders, and her brother Calvin & Ruth Fryar. We love and miss you dearly. Due to the Virus and stay at home order a celebration of life service will be held at a future date.
