Eddie Dean Greer

Lenoir, NC ?Mr. Eddie Dean Greer, age 57, of Lenoir, died Friday, August 6, 2010 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. Born March 15, 1953 in Watauga County, Eddie was a son of the late Lonnie Greer and Mrs. Juanita Arnett Greer of Lenoir. Eddie was a member of First Advent Christian Church and a heating and air conditioning technician with McMillon Electric Company. Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife, Wanda Phelps Greer; one daughter, Emily Bell; one brother, Danny Greer and wife Brenda and one Grandson, Nicholas Bell. A celebration of Eddie?s life will be held 3:00 PM Sunday at First Advent Christian Church with Reverend Bobby Hodges officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 until 3 PM, one hour prior to the service at First Advent Christian Church. Pallbearers will be: Charles Phelps, Steve Phelps, Phillip Puett, Clyde Miller, Robbie Waters and Charlie Raby.
