Douglas Mcneil Hicks

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Douglas ? Pup? McNeil Hicks, age 55, of Lenoir, passed away on March 22, 2009 at the Carolinas Medical Center. Born January 24, 1954, Douglas was a son of the late Sanford and Norma Sue Foster Hicks. He was a truck driver and also enjoyed cooking. He is survived by a sister and brother in law, Pat and Roger McLeod of Tom Dula Road; three brothers and sisters in law, Stanley Hicks of Tom Dula Road, Randy and Lisa Hicks of Tom Dula Road, and Reggie and Anita Hicks of Purlear, NC; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Evans Funeral Service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The family would like to request no flowers to be sent, but memorials can be made to the charity of your choice.
