Granite Falls– Mrs. Donna Dalton Jerome, age 84, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Hickory Falls Health and Rehab. She was born in Chimney Rock, NC on October 30, 1931 to the late Jack and Helen Dalton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Brett Jerome. Mrs. Jerome is survived by her children, John Jerome; Debbie Jerome West and Michael Jerome; sister, Janet Tartaglia; grandchildren, Angelique Jerome; Jason Townsend; Robert Fox; Jason Arney; Ashley Taylor; Jeremy Jerome; Brandon Barlowe; her great-grandchildren and her fur baby, Tinker Bell Jerome. A celebration of Mrs. Jerome’s life will be held in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2:00.
