Donald 'Donnie' Jay Bodford

Lenoir – Donald “Donnie”Jay Bodford, age 41, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Caldwell County on November 5, 1973 to Frances Lipsie Sanders and the late Norman Bodford. He was married to Doris Dula Bodford of the home. In addition to his wife and mother, Donnie is survived by his step-father, Randy Sanders; daughter, Sherry Dula; son, Maurice Dula; brothers, Ronnie Bodford and Billy Bodford; sisters, Serena Sanders and Brooke Beehealer; and four grandchildren. A memorial service for Donnie will be held at First Church of God on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jerome Pearson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service.
