Donald L. Dula

Lenoir- Donald Lynn Dula, 63, passed away after an extended illness, at Lenoir Healthcare, to begin his journey to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. He was born April 10, 1957 in Lenoir to William V. Dula, Sr. and Lucille R. Dula both of Lenoir, NC. Donald is preceded in death by his parents, William and Lucille; a twin brother, Ronald Glen Dula and his grandparents. Donald is survived by his brothers William V. (Lorna) Dula, Jr. of Durham, NC, Calvin (Marlene) Dula and Dwight Dula of Lenoir; two sisters Lucille Denise Dula of Washington, DC and Annette Dula of Lenoir; two aunts Mary Alridge of Nebo, NC and Cynthia (Walter) Poole of Glen Alpine, NC; nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and a host of cousins. Donald was a member of Dulatown Presbyterian Church and enjoyed attending church services as well as other church activities. He enjoyed NASCAR, drag racing, football, basketball, watching movies and spending time with his family and friends. He was a dedicated employee of Bernhardt Furniture Plant #7 for 41 years. There will be a grave site burial at the Dulatown Cemetery on Friday, April 24, 2020. Rev. Harold Bennett, of Dulatown Presbyterian Church, will officiate the service.
