Dianna Clark Grogan

Lenoir, NC – Mrs. Cora Dianna Clark Grogan, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Carolinas Medical Center. She was born in Caldwell County on April 24, 1948 to the late Buster Clark and Jessie Lee Thomas Clark. She was married for more than 48 years to William “Bill” Bland Grogan of the residence. She was a member of Hibriten Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Annette Parsons Tolbert and Peggy Lee Mabe; and her grandson, Joshua Daniel Foust. Other than her husband she is survived by her children, Denise Dianna Grogan, William Scott Grogan, and Andrew Tyler Grogan; brother, William Larry Clark; granddaughters, Brittany Morgan Foust and Sydney Lynette Grogan; granddaughter-in-law, April Wallace Foust; great-grandchildren, Caleb Daniel Foust, Audrey Brooklyn Chester, and Marilyn Jane Chester. A celebration of Mrs. Grogan’s life will be held at Hibriten Baptist Church on Friday, June 6, 2014 at 5:00 PM with Pastor Doug Cox officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at Clark Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jordie Clark, Willy Baker, Justin Winebarger, Victor McRary, Tyler Soots, Derek Soots, and Ronda Allen Henderson. The family will receive friends from 3:30 until 5:00 prior to the service.
