Delon Mitchell Gragg

Lenoir, NC- Delon Mitchell Gragg, age 24, of Lenoir, died Thursday, June 5, 2008. Born June 7, 1983 in Caldwell County, he was the son of Bill and Glenda Summerow Gragg of Lenoir and the husband of Michelle Whisnant Gragg of the home. He was employed with Grand Manor Furniture Company, enjoyed drawing and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving other than his wife and parents is his daughter, Raianna Shaye Gragg of the home; one sister, Carol Miller and husband Todd of Wilmington; 4 brothers, Larry Gragg and wife Bernice of Hickory; Gary Gragg of Granite Falls; Brian Gragg and wife Sherry of Hudson; Brent Gragg and wife Barbara of Lenoir and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents, Shelby and Esslene Gragg; Maternal Grandparents, Johnny and Bessie Summerow and his Uncle and Aunt, Tommy and Lois Shoum. A celebration of Delon?s life will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, June 8, 2008 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Reverend Ronnie Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Gragg Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 until 3 PM, one hour prior to the service at Evans Funeral Service.
