Deborah "Debbie" Keller

Deborah Hatton Keller, age 68, of Boomer, NC passed away on August 8, 2023 at
Amorem in Hudson, NC.

Deborah was born on 10/23/1954 to Irene Fox Hatton and the late Dewey Hatton.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Keller
and her brother, Rick Hatton.

Those left to cherish her memory in addition to her mother, Irene are nieces,
Jessica Hatton Watson (Brian) and Lindsay Hatton. Great nephew Zachary
Hatton and great nieces Abby and Mollie Watson. Sister in laws, Patricia Keller
Triplett and Brenda Keller Clements, and Debbie Andrews Hatton. Brothers-in-laws
are Wayne Keller, Vance Keller, and Jeff Keller.

Deborah would have been employed with the Caldwell County Tax Department for
50 years in September which made her the longest serving Caldwell County
Government Employee. She was a very devoted employee and her friends at work
(which were many) were also her family. Alisa Foust was her primary caregiver
and a special friend to Deborah. Deborah spent several years as a devoted
caregiver to her mother, Irene who she loved dearly.

She was a member of Community Baptist Church, Lenoir, NC. Pastors Brian
Auton and Waitsel Beard will officiate the service.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 at Evans
Funeral Service Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral.

Interment will follow the service at Livingston Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Wig Bank of
Caldwell County, 226 Mulberry Street SW, Lenoir, NC 28645 or to Amorem
(Caldwell Hospice) in Hudson where she received the best of care from the most
dedicated staff.
