David Eugene Tedder

David Eugene Tedder, 67, of Lenoir, passed away on September 28, 2022. David was born in Caldwell County on August 2, 1955 to Ray Tedder and Frances Harwood. He spent his career as a painter being contracted for commercial painting in western North Carolina. David loved spending his spare time “tinkering” with his pick-up truck. David will be missed by his daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchild and other family and friends.

David is preceded in death by his mother and step-father Dewey and Frances Tester.

David is survived by his daughter, Estelita Anderson and husband Rex Anderson of Granite Falls, NC. He is survived by his grandchildren Brianna Ray and husband Tanner Ray and Reece Anderson. He leaves behind his great-granddaughter Charlee Jean Ray. David is survived by several siblings and other family members.

There will be a memorial service held at Evans Funeral Chapel on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm; officiated by Pastor Larry Miller, Jr.

The family will receive guests one hour prior to the service.
