Darrell Junior Yount of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on December 7, 2022 at Caldwell UNC Healthcare in Lenoir. Darrell was born on January 20, 1978 to the late Janice Minton. Those left to cherish his memory are his fiancé Loretta Burkhart; stepdaughter Sonya Burkhart; stepson David Burkhart; stepsister Melinda Carpenter (husband Lee) uncles, Alan Minton (wife, Terresa) and Kenneth Minton; aunt Patsy Treadway; grandchildren Kori Aitken, Ellie Clatterbuck, and Brylee Barid. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00AM to 1:00PM on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Evans Funeral Service of Lenoir in the chapel.
