Clyde David Suddreth

Morganton– Clyde David Suddreth, age 61, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center. He was born in Caldwell County on July 17, 1954 to Opal Smith Suddreth and the late Jimmy Suddreth. Although David was disabled he loved attending his church, Poarch Chapel Missionary Methodist Church, as often as he was able. In addition to his mother he is survived by his son, Dave Suddreth; sister, Judy Hicks and husband, Glen; nieces, Della Ford and husband, Chris and Jamie Main and husband, Justin; and grandchildren, James, Storm and Stephanie. He is also survived by a special friend, Connie Lopez. A celebration of David’s life will be held at Poarch Chapel Missionary Methodist Church on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Wallace Smith and Reverend Danny Carr officiating. Inurnment will be at Hartland Missionary Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service.
