Clarence Wesley Coffey

Lenoir, NC- Mr. Clarence Wesley Coffey, age 58, of Piercy Lane, died Monday, June 26, 2006 at his home. Born October 18, 1947 in Richmond, VA, Mr. Coffey was a son of the late Bosom Joseph and Mary Ruth Townsand Coffey and the husband of the late Valerie Moody Coffey. He is survived by two daughters, Karen Winebarger and husband Robert of Kings Creek; Katherine Hood of Lenoir; 3 sons, Clarence Gerald Coffey and wife Jennie, Daniel Coffey and Jeremiah Coffey all of Lenoir; three brothers, Glenn Coffey and wife Mary of Lenoir, Dayton Coffey and wife Dollie of Randalman; Marvin Coffey of Sophia, NC; 15 grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandchild. Other than his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Pearl Wilcox, Wanda Cornett and three brothers, Clifford, Auburn and Dale Coffey. The family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Service Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 6 until 7:30 PM.
