Christopher Holden

Mr. Christopher Allen Holden, age 47, of Lenoir passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Born February 23, 1972 in Caldwell County, Christopher was a son of Cora Lee Holden and the late, John Lewis Holden. Christopher enjoyed collecting and shooting guns.He enjoyed riding motorcycles and four wheelers.When he was younger, he loved fishing with his grandfather.In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, David Lynn Holden; his paternal grandparents, Beatrice and John Winford Holden, and his maternal grandparents, Jim and Nora Trivette Lee. In addition to his mother, he is also survived by two sisters, Jerilyn Schoggen and Karen Barnes; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service.Interment will follow the service at Blue Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
