Christine Friesland Kincaid

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Christine Friesland Kincaid, age 76, of Lenoir, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Lenoir. Born March 3, 1937 in Watauga County, Mrs. Kincaid was a daughter of the late Tom and Mae Cornett Friesland and the wife of the late George “Bud” Kincaid. Other than her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Charlene Friesland and Alma Miller and three brothers, Earl Cornett, Bobby Friesland and Tommy Friesland. She is survived by her two children, Buddy Kincaid and wife Sandy; Paula Dellinger and husband Rusty; 1 sister, Geraldine Henson and husband James; 1 brother, John Friesland and wife Lynda; 5 Grandchildren, Chad Kincaid, Casey Kincaid, Cody Kincaid, Ethan Dellinger, Luke Dellinger; one Great-Grandchild, Zachary Kincaid and other nieces, nephews and relatives. A Graveside Service will be conducted Sunday, February 9, 2014 at 2:30 PM in the Littlejohn United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Allen Bolick officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 until 2:30 in the Sanctuary of Littlejohn United Methodist Church.
