Chancie Myles Jones

Chancie Myles Jones, Jr., 77, of Huntersville, NC, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at Novant Harris Hospice in Charlotte. He was surrounded by family at the time of his death. Mr. Jones was born on August 17, 1944, in Boone, NC, to the late C.M. and Helen Jones. He is survived by a sister, Laura Jones Arnette and husband, David, of Piedmont, Alabama. Mr. Jones served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. After returning from war, he lived in the Charlotte area and worked in sales. He enjoyed time with his friends, riding motorcycles, shooting pool, playing tennis, and bowling. Mr. Jones is survived by a daughter, Lori Jones Jarvis and husband, Mack, a son, Myles Todd Jones and wife, Mary, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. The family will hold a private service to honor his memory.
