Cathy Renee Wilcox

Cathy Renee Gragg Wilcox, 59, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Caldwell County on September 22, 1965 to the late Otis Gragg and Pauline Storie Gragg. She was married to Jeff Wilcox of the residence.

Cathy had an incredible “green thumb” and loved working with her flowers. Her pets were a very important part of her life, but the joy of her life was her daughter, Shannon.

She was of Christian faith and a member of Poarch Chapel Missionary Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Randy Earp and Butch Storie.

Other than her husband, Jeff, Cathy is survived by her daughter, Shannon Gragg; brothers, Terry Earp and Chad Gragg; sister, Judy Greene; and other nieces, nephews and family members.

A memorial service celebrating Cathy’s life will be held at Poarch Chapel Missionary Methodist Church on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM with Pastor Wallace Smith, Pastor Mike Greene and Pastor Debbie Barker officiating.
