Bruce Eugene Nations

Bruce Nations passed away on February 21, 2022 at his home. Bruce was born on September 3, 1969 in Catawba County. He was born to the late Hubert Nations and Sylvia Townsend. Bruce loved the outdoors, in particular, he enjoyed fishing. He was an avid fan of the Carolina Tar Heels and the Atlanta Braves. Bruce was a dearly loved brother, uncle, and friend that will be missed. In addition to his parents, Bruce is preceded in death by a son Howard Jack Nations. Bruce is survived by his sister Khrystal Nations of Granite Falls and his nephew and nieces. He leaves behind Chelsea Porter and Jamen Whitworth that he loved as though they were his own children. Bruce is survived by his step-family: Brenda Nations, Lisa Bredickas, Norma Brannock, and Wayne Brannock.Bruce loved each one of these special family members. The family will have a Gathering of Friends on February 27, 2022 at Evans Funeral Chapel from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
