Bonnie Arrowood

Bonnie Minish Arrowood, age 61, gained her wings, as she was surrounded by her family, on Friday, January 13, 2023. She was born on July 14, 1961 in San Pedro, CA to the late Dean and Faye Minish.

Bonnie was a loving mother and Maw-Maw who enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies. She loved to travel and going on cruises with those she loved the most. She will always be remembered for her spunk, zest for life and her uncanny ability to make people laugh. She loved the outdoors and soaking up the sun.  She was fiercely loyal and protective of those she loved.

Those left to cherish her loving memory are her daughters, Brandy Kerns and husband, Verlin of Spartanburg, SC ; Kathy Styles and husband, Bradley of Granite Falls; grandchildren, Abigail, Emily and Cain Styles; Randy Arrowood; and long-time friend, Ed Roland.

In honoring her final wishes, the family had a private service on January 14, 2023 in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Amorem, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC  28645.

The family extends a special appreciation to Dr. Edward St. Bernard of Marion, NC for his friendship and compassion given to Bonnie.
