Bobby Dean George

Bobby George Lenoir, NC- Bobby Dean George, age 62, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Caldwell County on August 8, 1951 to the late Harry Lee George and Margie “Peggy” Hefner Moore. Bobby recently retired from Lenoir Mirror Company where he worked for more than 40 years. He was recently working part-time at Walt Arney Superette. Bobby leaves behind his beloved dogs, Cujo and Little Bobby. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Carol Shehan and husband, Jimmy; Janice Stewart and husband, John; Albert “Duke” Moore and wife, Teresa; Mary Moore Flynn; Cynthia Brown and husband, Jimmy; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held at Union Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Sam Craven officiating. Private graveside rites will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 prior to the service.
