Beverly Fritts

Lenoir, NC- Mrs. Beverly Mitchum Fritts, age 52, of Lenoir, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care in Lenoir. Born January 14, 1959 in El Paso, Texas, Beverly was the daughter of Rudy Paez and Gail Oakley Mitchum. Beverly was employed the last several years by the Shurtape Company of Hudson. Survivors include her husband, Paul Fritts of the Home; a daughter and son in law, Heather and Daniel Byerly of Lenoir; a son and daughter in law, Lucas and Sarah Teague of Granite Falls; her parents, Harry and Gail Mitchum of Seale, Alabama; two brothers, Wallace Mitchum of Lenoir, and Phillip Mitchum of Kentucky; a granddaughter, Ashlynn Byerly of Lenoir; Beverly is also survived by numerous other relatives. A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service with Reverend Allen Boliek and Reverend Marion Poythress officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Lenoir. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
