Barbara Ann Ragsdale Craig "Bobbie"

Barbara Ann Ragsdale Craig “Bobbie” went home to be with the Lord on December 9, 2022.  She passed peacefully at Brockford Inn Assisted Living Center in Granite Falls, NC.  Bobbie was born September 25, 1956 in Caldwell County.  She is preceded in death by her late father, James David Ragsdale, Sr.; sister, Patricia Diane Ragsdale; husband, John Matthew Craig; maternal grandparents, Violet and Laverene John Roots; and paternal grandparents, James and Wilta Ragsdale.

Those left to cherish her memory is her son, Jason Patrick of Lenoir; daughter, Katherine Oakley (husband Charles) of Lenoir; her mother, Rosalie Diane Suddreth and step-father, Tommy Suddreth of Lenoir; brother, James David Ragsdale, Jr. and wife Deborah of Henderson County; sister, Lisa Elaine Wydra and husband Eric of Prattville, AL; granddaughter, Patience Walsh and husband Denver;  granddaughter, Bronte’ Staton; two great-granddaughters, Astraea Jacobs and Raegan; and three great-grandsons, Isaac Coffey, Xaiver Beaver, and Lennox Jacobs.

A private family service will be held in her memory at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Caldwell County Rescue or Amorem Hospice.
