Anthony Paul Ferreira

Hudson, NC- Mr. Anthony ?Tony? Ferreira, age 65, of Hudson, died Wednesday, March 19, 2008 in Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care. Born May 1, 1942 in Newport, RI, Mr. Ferreira was a son of the late Louis and Rose Bothelo Dag Dag and the husband of Revonda W. Ferreira of the home. Mr. Ferreira was a retired maintenance engineer and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Surviving other than his wife are two sons, Kevin Winkler of Boomer; Brad Ferreira and wife Dawn of New Bern; 2 grandsons, Austin and Luke Ferreira of New Bern; one brother, Lewis Dag Dag of Wichita Falls, TX and 4 sisters, Cookie Rigdon and Erma Coleman and husband Bill both of Jacksonville, FL; Elisa Stiner and husband Jay of Lake Mary, FL and Veronica Imel of Columbia, SC. A celebration of Tony?s life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 22, 2008 at Center Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Doug Howell officiating.
