Amy Lynn Dula

Amy Lynn Whisnant Dula, age 47, of Hudson passed away on February 11, 2021. Born July 30, 1973 in Watauga County, Amy was the daughter of Linda Arnett Whisnant. Amy was self employed and the owner and operator of Mammy’s Kitchen for over 18 years. Amy will be remembered for being a hard worker, for her smarts and being a loving mother and wife. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse Whisnant, Jr. and her step father, Jesse Whisnant, Sr. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her husband, David Dula; two sons, Gunnar Dula (wife Akira) and Alex Dula; two granddaughters, Addison and Raelynn; a brother, Donald “Donnie” Swanson; her step grandmother, Delphia Whisnant; she is also survived by numerous other relatives. There will be no services held at this time.
