Allen "Bud" Gene Gilbert

Allen “Bud” Gene Gilbert, age 80, of Lenoir, North Carolina passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at his residence in Lenoir. Bud was born on June 12, 1941 to the late Joe Gilbert and Shirley Smith Gilbert. Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Danny Gilbert and wife Tammy Gilbert; daughter, Donna Gilbert Woodard and husband John Woodard; sister, Pat and husband Gene Duggins; grandchildren, Lawson Gilbert and Avery Gilbert. Bud enjoyed gambling with his sister Pat and watching sports. Spending time with his brother-in- law at the flea market. He loved restoring old cars. Most of all he loved his dogs.
