Aldred 'Al' Edmond Clark

Lenoir –Aldred “Al” Edmond Clark, Jr., 63 of Lenoir, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, January 9, 2016. Born February 21, 1952 in Caldwell County, he was a son of the late Aldred Edmond and Mary Cook Clark.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Clark.Al was a big UNC Tarheels and Carolina Panthers Fan and will be missed by his canine companion, Shiloh.Survivors include three daughters, Donna Clark Gragg of Asheville, Alison Brinkley and husband Derek of Granite Falls, Terri Clark of Lenoir; one son, Michael Clark of Hickory; nine grandchildren, Jacob Clark, Alayna Gragg, Elizabeth Matthews, Joshua Skeens, Austin Gragg, Madison Brinkley, Ryan Brinkley, Carter Clark and Hadley Clark, one great-grandson, Daniel Matthews; a very special nephew, Christopher Clark and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
