Shirley Ann Walker Price

Shirley Ann Walker Price, age 81, of Lenoir, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Frye Regional Medical Center.She was born May 5, 1938 in Caldwell County to the late Howard Walker and Colean Walker.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Price; three brothers, Thomas Walker, Charles Walker, and Travis Walker; and a sister, Patsy Warlick. Survivors include two sons, Clyde Price and wife Alana Price and Terry Price and wife Allison Price; grandchildren, Courtney Price, Lyndsi Triplett, Olivia Baldwin, Lucas Price and Joshua Price; great-grandchildren, Aubree and Gabrielle, Noah and Kynleigh, and Cash. Shirley was a member of Grace Baptist Church and worked many years at Broyhill Furniture Corporation Plant. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Zacks Fork Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Chad Baldwin, Rev. Ronnie Watson, and Rev. Raymond Coffey.The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service at the church.Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery.
