Ronald “Ronnie” Berry Ronnie Berry, 74, of Lenoir went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 5, 2021.Ronnie was born in Tennessee to the late Wesley and Eliza Berry. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by five siblings. Ronnie is survived by his children John Berry, and Merilena Miller, and life partner, Leslie.He is also survived by two sisters, Barbara (Husband Charles) and Judy, grandchildren, Tristin Jeremy Dalton Berry, Johna Marie Bumgardner, Wesley David Davidson, Samantha Leighanna Wright, and Tristan Morgan Bryan Huggins.Ronnie is survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved “furry” children, Penny and Kiki. Ronnie had many special friends including Kenneth Patterson and Irma Patterson. Ronnie loved fishing, camping, taking his nieces and nephews to church, driving the church van, and being active in his community.He was a great influencer on the people in his life.He was a man of God and loved his church family.Ronnie was a great man, he is dearly loved by his family and an uncle to many, and he will be extremely missed by all who knew him.
